Registered Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy treatments help to prevent and treat pain from ailments or dysfunction of the muscles, fascial tissues, joints, ligaments, and tendons.
Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (STW ® - FST™) is a complete, full body functional mobility restoration system, achieved through moving the muscles, fascia, and joints through their full pain-free range of motion in a passive state.
Client is fully clothed in comfortable, stretchy yoga-style clothing during this treatment.
Myofascial Cupping Technique™
'The Myofascial Cupping technique provides profound benefits for your clients, particularly with assisting the body in maintaining Range Of Motion, eliminating Myofascial Trigger Points and reducing restrictive and sometimes painful fascial adhesions commonly found from repetitive movement originating from sports and the workplace. By reducing fascial adhesions, while encouraging optimal hydration levels of soft tissue, Myofascial Cupping can assist in reducing the incidence of injury and maintaining functional soft tissue.'- DavidSheehan
A decompression over the tissues, using negative pressured cups to lift the underlying layers. The Myofascial Cupping Technique™ specifically uses consistent movement of the cups, differing from the Eastern-style of cupping that is more stationary.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Massage Therapy uses the direct heat of basalt stones to relax muscles, break down tension and adhesions, treat trigger points, improve circulation, and improve the function and mobility of the area treated. They can also be used gently for relaxation purposes alone. It is not advised to those in acute inflammatory flare-ups.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a non-invasive manual practice, encouraging the healing and recovery of musculoskeletal issues. Osteopaths assess and work with all systems of the body to find the root cause of the pain and dysfunction, in order to produce a long-term relief of symptoms. The practice works to repair damage to the body through hands-on assessment and manipulation, while allowing it’s patients to regain their mobility and function.
Wellness Reflexology
The Reflexology Therapies in this category cater to both physical and mental health needs. The treatments address stress, anxiety, dysfunction, pain, addictions, and trauma. The offered styles of Reflexology offer many options and approaches depending on the client's preference, background, and specific needs. Questions? Message Aimee for advice: aimeeunlimited@gmail.com
